Centering/Edging and Cementing

 

 

Keeping flexibility, quick turnaround times and affordable cost in mind, fineoptix decided to use the most modern and accurate centering equipment which allows the processing of any contour in to highest accuracy using standardised tool- and chuck-systems.
In addition to this, the equipment is controlled by a sophisticated reflection-and-transmission laser system used for process and quality control. The laser system also allows the processing of components which are not self-centering or which have accuracy requirements beyond the norm.

 

This advanced centering technology is combined with the latest technology in centering-error testing and cementing. The testing and cementing equipment is computer-controlled and also allows various analysing features in addition to the complete documentation of the achieved quality.
